Bell Canada complaint: not honouring price and not receiving bill

My complaint:

I switched by cell phone from telus to bell in mid May because i have all my other services through Bell and it would be easier for me to consolidate everything as i expense through work..

I was using chat and the bell rep said he will match the price including visual voice mail. Visual voice mail was not added and my account was not consolidated which resulted in me not having access to my June bill online.
When I called they wanted to charge me $10.00 a month to add visual voice mail and they couldn’t email me my june bill so i can expense it.
they said they would send me the bill by mail and i have to wait 10 business days. they also advised me to provide my chat transcript to an email address at bell so they can include my visual voice vail as originally promised.
a month goes by i don’t have my bill in the mail and no reply to my email.
I called again and again i was told they will resend my bill in the mail and asked me to resend the email about visual voice mail…

Long story short no bill was received and I lost $150 because i could not expense it through work. I still have no visual voice mail which makes it very hard for me to do my job!!

I have never been so frustrated and dissapointed in my life!’

i have my TV, Internet, home and cell phone with bell and i am still lied to and I have to worst customer service ever!!!

i spoke to a supervisor Eric 15163 he was rude and condescending and still did not help me!

Suggested solution:

i need to be compensated for the $150 i couldn not expense because my bill was not mailed as promised even after calling 3 times about the exact same issue!
i need visual voice mail included as promised on my oroginal call with your rep.
