My complaint:
The staff served spicy ice cream when ordered Chocolate and banana for my little 4year old boy.. he could not even take a bite. I tasted too and the taste was weird… When reported the lady denied even to change it… Pathetic service …i have been here in Dubai from a decade and never faced such a thing. I give her zero for customer service ..
