Banfield complaint: Poor customer service and appointment scheduling

My complaint:

I have scheduled an appointment for my new Cat Kimchi and was scheduled for 72322. I representative bybthe name of Eddie called me to appointment and I asked if I can bring my 2 other cats who are already members of banfield for the due comprehensive exam. Eddie said, They do not have an availability for the 23rd but can accomodate all 3 of my cats on 73022 at 730am drop off. I called again on 729 just to the appointment as Banfield kept asking and texting me to schedule comprehensive appointment when I already have one. Spoke with another female staff and said – all 3 of my cats do not have an appointment as scheduled. I asked to speak with Edfie, who placed me on hold to check but never cam back on the lime and the other female staff just plainly stated they can not be accomodated.

Suggested solution:

I want to keep my original schedule on 730. I took off work to be able to care for my pets this day.

If this can not be accomodated. I would like to cancel all my memberships without penalty as this is the 2nd time that scheduling and poor customer service happened to me. I did not file a complaint prior giving the benefit of the doubt that it was an isolated incident but this is becoming unbearable.
