My complaint:
Their game named as Dragon raja(sea), I’ve been playing it from about a year, and this game have some serious issues, (events) cross server and ladder of honour events have mismatching while I am at level 115 my matching tuer will be 110-119 level players, but we’re always matched up against 139 levels whi can kill us in just single blow, at first everything was perfectly fine but since 5-6 months we got this bugg and since 5-6 months i can’t even team up with my in game wife in same faction.
These developers are updating the game every week on Thursday but they’re not fixing anything just adding new servers and new topup events, we players are throwing money like trash on them, but they’re not fixing a single issues theirs not in game contact support center,and they never reply emails or on their any social website.
Suggested solution:
Either fix the buggs and add in game customer service support or refund and remove the game
