Arbys complaint: Treated Rudely in Drive Thur

My complaint:

Stopped at Arby’s in Great Bend, Kansas at 1:00pm for lunch. Pulled into drive thur when the operator asked for our order I started off with 2 fish sandwiches, she immediately said Will that be all, I answered no and ordered a Classic Beef and Cheddar, once again Will that be all, I ordered two large curly fries with cheese , large diet coke and large root beer. She asked if I was done ordering, repeated the order back and had the drinks wrong. I repeated what the drinks were and she barked Pull forward. We pulled up to the window and this young lady with bright pink hair slams the window open, barks my total and slams the window shut. I hold the cash out of my window and she again slams the drive thur window open . As I hand her the money I asked why she was being so rude to me, she very rudely inform me that I had been rude to her. I asked for my money back and drove off. There were several employees standing around listening to the way she was talking to me and no one stepped in to get her off the drive thur. I should have tried speaking to the manager on duty but I didn’t. My husband and I have never been treated like that before, and we have eaten at Arby’s all over the US. If that certain employee was having a bad day, she should have taken the day off, not taken her bad mood out on customers who basically pay her wages.

Suggested solution:

you decide...the way I was taught to serve a paying customer is totally different then the way employees are trained now.
