My complaint:

On January 19th,2022 I was charged $15.94 and was charged again on January 24th,2022 was charged again for the same amount. Why was I charged twice on my debit card. I have been to Arby’s before and never had this issue. Now my Direct Express Master Card is overdrawn!….Please refund my card back $15.94, also when we got home and checked our order, there was a roasted chicken sandwich missing, and we did not get a receipt at all. My friend went back and told them what happened and they said the burger was on the counter, and someone forgot to put it in the bag. Please do better!

Because they charged my debit card twice, its overdrawn, please refund my money
