Arbys complaint: Declining customer service

My complaint:

This is the second complaint we have issued in the last week. Until now we have been dedicated customers to this store. As a senior couple we seek out value and good food for that value. Last week I phoned in a complaint bc this store was closed at 9:40pm. I had rushed to Walmart to make it before your store closed arriving at the above time the, your store was closed tight. Then today we visited the drive through around 4pm. ordering the cheese steak combo, a turkey wrap, and two cherry turnovers. When we ordered I asked for the senior discount. At the window, I handed the cashier my debit card and again asked for the senior discount. When handed me the receipt I noticed we had not received the discount. When I mentioned it to her, she indicated she could not do anything about it. I asked for the manager, was told manager not available. She would not give me the receipt back; she asked my name which I gave her (Linda) she would talk to the manager
tomorrow, she didn’t even take my phone number. With all the fast-food discounts being offered at present I do not know if we will be returning to that store. We have been customers since the opening of that location. An order for $23 for two persons we could have gone down the street and invested those funds into a better meal, at Olive Garden, Texas roadhouse, 54th Street, or Chilis, IHOP, Cracker Barrel, or some other establishment.

Suggested solution:

A coupon for a nice free item over 4 or 5 dollars.
