My complaint:

I have been on the phone with your company several times today to verify I am who I claim to be, Kimberly Katherine Haug. The first time I called at 8:34am to resolve, once again, non-existent account security issues…3rd time in 2 months. I updated my email and phone number and as I was hanging up I was assured by your rep that all was taken care of. Fast forward to this afternoon and I have had to call 3 more times…2xs to customer service and then I called corporate only to be on hold for over an hour and then hung up on by your miserable, illiterate reps again. And not only that, nothing was resolved with updating my information so that I can log into my own account that i pay a monthly fee of $5.99 tax for and $14.99 tax for a family acct and smaller monthly charges on my Prime video acct for paid for stations like AMC and showtime, etc and I bought movies yesterday to watch on Prime, and oh my God…guess where those movies are that I OWN???? In my freaking Prime Acct…completely useless. I was told this evening that i may have to start a new acct because of basically nothing. I just did this 45 months ago when I moved back to Texas from La and I was not reimbursed for those 46 months when I had no access but Amazon continued to steal my money and pay for an acct that they would not let me have access to. I have email verification that I made the changes and over 20x I have had to look at weird letters and type them in to verify myself because your customer service rep did not do his job. Way to Go Amazon Trainers….wtg….so now what?

Suggested solution:

Currently I pay roughly over $30 a month just for the Prime services that i have and have not been able to use them. So, for today and yesterday I would appreciate being reimbursed for $1.02 cents per day until this is resolved. Secondly, why dont you tell your reps that customers cannot give them information for identification purposes if they do not have access to said information that is held within the acct information on their Prime acct that they are locked out of...really?? do you people have any idea how ignorant that question really is???
