My complaint:
I bought a computer and returned it. Instead of getting a refund, I got an amazon credit for $477. I did not know I had a credit and bought items thinking I’m paying with my debit card and not an amazon credit I was unaware I had.
Suggested solution:
They should be able to refund the credit to my original purchase method.
