My complaint:
The only reason I signed up on Prime is for the free 2 (TWO) day shipping. I clicked on a Prime item and it says delivery will take 7-10 days.
If a vendor says Prime then I should receive my orders in two 2 days.
If Amazon can’t deliver on their promise of two day shipping I don’t need their service.
Suggested solution:
Honor their shipping promise or cancel my Prime account.
