My complaint:
I resent how you’ve taken away basic features from Amazon Music, particularly when listening through Alexa. I pay enough already for Prime and I resent your trying to compel me to pay even more for Unlimited. It’s stinks of pure greed. I’ll stick with Spotify.
Suggested solution:
Change Amazon Music and make it user friendly. They know perfectly well what customers want.
