My complaint:
I received an empty bag with nothing inside except some bubble wrap. Unfortunately I cannot link this to an order because the seller has not put any identification on the label.
The post mark shows Emirates Post, with a return postal address of UAE PO Box 122222.
There is also a tracking number of UA529078416AE.
Can you help?

Ali Express should be aware that most sellers do not in fact show an order number on the shipping label.
I hope that from the information I supplied you can help link the empty bag I received to an actual order so that I can receive a REFUND for the loststolen item.
