My complaint:

On Sunday the 26th June 2022 I was shopping at the Geraldton Aldi’s supermarket. Now please bear in mind that my wife and I live 100 kms from Geraldton. I needed to purchase 2 dozen eggs so we would have enough to last for 2 weeks, before we were able to shop again. Daniel at the check out said that I could only purchase 1 dozen. I then asked him If Aldi’s are going to pay for the fuel for me to come back next week to purchase another dozen eggs. Daniel replied. I do not have to put up with your attitude and if you don’t like it, you can go and do you shopping somewhere else. There were other people waiting in the cue at the checkout who heard everything. I have never been so angry, humiliated and embarrassed in all my life. I then said to Daniel I did not give you any attitude, I asked if Aldi’s were going to pay for the fuel for me come back next week to purchase another dozen eggs. To which he ly repeated I told you if you don’t like it go somewhere else and do your shopping. I seems to me that Aldi train there staff to rude and insulting as I have issues with this store in the past. One thing am going to do is to take your insulting employees advice and go to shop elsewhere in the future. One thing is for sure, I will never ever set foot in another Aldi’s store again

GO TO HELL

Suggested solution:

Nothing to resolve I'll resolve it by never shopping at Aldi's again
HOW DARE YOU do what you did to me. I was under the impression that Aldi's looked after people that live outside Geraldton by letting us get what we needed. It seems that the opposite is true people in Geraldton can come back easily and get more a week later. We can't! We go without!
