My complaint:

Aldi had butterball turkeys on sale. When we got my groceries on the belt I tried to ask the cashier about the turkeys. He rudely interrupted me and would not allow me to talk to him. His answer to a question that I was not allowed to ask was I know it. I again tried to ask him how much the turkeys were a pound. His answer was I will let you know when I am finished. We got the receipt and found out. The next rude thing that he did was to yell for my wife to bring him the empty buggy all the while she was trying to get it to him.

We are senior citizens. Our brain is just fine and so is our hearing. We are slower than the younger generation but need no help with our activities. We are educated people with advanced college degrees, so we are not on the ignorant side of the human race, but we are on the side that believes all people should be treated with kindness and respect.

Suggested solution:

You should teach them how to treat your loyal customers. I have shopped at this store ever since it has been open and have never had to deal with an employee.
