My complaint:
My bags were checked twice on separate occasions without asking if it was ok to look in my bag .I was asked if I had paid for these items yet on both occasions despite it being clear the bag and contents were from Sainsbury’s. No one else had there bags checked except me on both occasions and I pointed this out. I asked to speak to a manager but was assured by another staff that this was the new policy , I felt this was done in an intimidating way and did not like it it just felt like profiling to be honest. After finishing a long day at work this was not needed.
Suggested solution:
By speaking to staff about tact and maybe an apology wouldn't go a miss.
