Aldi complaint: Bad attitude, racism and terrible customer service from Aldi staff

My complaint:

On Thursday 22nd February 2024, I purchased two bottles of Villa Elsa Pinot Grgo from Aldi store, Wolli Creek, NSW, Australis. Regrettably, during the payment process, one of the bottles fell to the floor and broke. What followed was not only the inconvenience of a damaged purchase but an unpleasant encounter with a member of your staff.

The employee in question, whose name I do not know, demonstrated a lack of professionalism and courtesy in handling the situation. Instead of offering assistance or expressing concern, she responded with a dismissive and confrontational tone, asking, Was it my fault? This occurred in the presence of other customers, causing unnecessary embarrassment and discomfort.

Suggested solution:

Treat and respect customer. Offer help.
