My complaint:
Today i was shopping a sort top up of my groceries, i had just a few products in my basket. I put my self in the queue for paying. A lady asked me if i want to use the self check out till. I replied her This time no,thank you.
I start to put my things on the line,the cashier ask me to go for self check out till. I said again,no thank you. After he started to speak about this with his actual customer. After i paid fir my groceries,he looked on the opposite way,not even in my face and told me Next time you go for self check out till if you have a few products.
What kind of attitude is this??? I felt the most uncomfortable ever in my life! This is how you say thank you because i am one of your loyal customers? So if i am not shopping every time a lot,i can’t even choose the way how i pay for my groceries?
Aldi is not the only supermarket with self check out tills,but never ever i had a situation like this to be harassed to do something that i didn’t want it and after making me feel the most uncomfortable and make the people look at me,like i was i don’t know how…
This is normal for you??? I will really wait for a reply and i will attach the receipt, to see what time was when this happened

I don't know, but something needs to be done,i never felt so uncomfortable and harassed like today.
