My complaint:

Your employee have been frightened me after saw that I’m a Disable person.
This morning while I was doing my shopping I noticed that few box of pasta’s where expired so in order to help other customers to don’t buy I though to let one of your staff members know about it.
The first person I approached was a big african guy named o Peter or David not sure the name but was really with massive structure answering me that it wasn’t his problem and that he was on brake and to tell someone else.. my reply was that wasn’t my job and all of the sudden he started giving me names like stupid and handicap person and to come outside for a fight… after that I requested to speak to the manager and after my explanation confronted this guy and even while I was recording with my phone he continued to call me stupd and he could kill me anywhere not just in the store… I remind you that is happend in front of the store manger named Kyle?? in the end the store manger invited me to pay for my shopping and leave the store and to don’t come back again or could be consequences? I spend 1500 pound’s a month in your store and I’m affraid I get beat it up just becose I can’t defend myself??
I’m disabled an easy target for anybody

Suggested solution:

Compensation or escalation to court
