My complaint:
Hello! My name is Nadia Herzing and I am a 6’1 woman. My entire life, it has been a massive issue for me to find pants that are long enough, always having to order online. I absolutely loved the message that Aerie promoted when I first saw it, their entire thing being inclusivity. It is pretty obvious to say that I am extremely dissatisfied in the fact that long pants are not sold in store. How can a brand claim to be inclusive while leaving out an entire group of women? Adding on, short pants aren’t sold in store either, which I know many other women need. I just genuinely think that it is ridiculous that I can’t buy my pants in store just because I was born as a tall woman, or just because somebody else was born as a shorter woman. The “inclusive” message is a complete scam if these entire groups of women are being left out, having to pay multiple fees, as well as not be able to try it on just in order to get a pair of pants that fit them. I would really like to see this issue fixed. Thank you.
