ADT complaint: Refund for 6 months of over charge

My complaint:

I’ve been a ADT customer for over 10 years. My system was recently upgraded on March of 2023. I notice that my bill significantly increase by double the amount. I called in April to express my concerns and the customer service agent applied a credit. Ok that was for April my bill was still high and the same. I was struggling trying to pay twice the amount until I decided to call again in August because they bill had reached over 300 and I was not willing to pay this amount. When I spoke with customer service he notice that I’ve been charge for the old account as well as the new account which means twice a month since March. I demanded a refund.

I have been calling over and over since the end of August and this is ridiculous, ADT decide to credit my acct which I didn’t ask for I want a complete refund from March 2023 until September 2023 no questions asked, This is your error and I tired of getting the run around about my refund. Just as easy as you too the monthly payments I want those overages back into my account. I have called literally over 6 time getting several different answers about my refund.

Today is September 14th and still no freaking refund, I want my money back ALLLLLLL of it and I will canceling ADT as a customer. You guys are a freaking jokes and you play entirely too many games when it comes to processing my refund. Enough is enough and I want my money. This needs to be resolved asap im tired of waiting I want my money.

Suggested solution:

Providing me with a complete refund of over charges from March 2023 to September 2023.
