My complaint:

Over the past two years I have asked ADT to cancel my service. ADT then wrote me and said my service would be disconnected because I have an older system and it can’t work on their current program. However they continue to charge me monthly. I called and called most recently three weeks ago and was told they’d sent me a letter so that I could change a code so I could do an on line cancellation. Nothing ever arrived and today I received a bill in the mail. This is FRAUD. They know it’s my account when I call because I answer all the questions through chat except I told them I don’t remember the code from three years ago. . The system has been disengaged for three years. I’ve changed my doors and there are no contacts on anything. I am a senior citizen and live on a fixed income. They have charged me for two years for a system that hasn’t been working and they know it I want to be reimbursed and the system to be discontinued. I have downloaded the chat and they are compete liars regarding what they are going to do. My bank has stopped them from being able to debit my account. They can take there system off my wall because it hasn’t worked in two years. Account 40128589.

Suggested solution:

Reimbursement for the past two years. I have also filed a complaint with Better business 17327717. I plan on going to Small Claims Court to also file against them.
