Activision complaint: Permanently banned

My complaint:

Just switched to pc like a month ago and bought the new Call of duty Modern warfare 2 on the release day, when I was done downloading o playing campaign until my friend got in so I could play with him, I played 1 game my game crashed and I had an update, waited the 3 minutes patiently waiting eager to get back on and play with my friend just to find out I was permanently banned when logging back in. I obviously submitted a ticket to Activision and when they got back to me thwy “ed” I was using unauthorized software and manipulation of game data.

Now I don’t know if this was because I was on controller or whatever but I know for a fact I didn’t do anything wrong, read online that a bunch of people were getting bad for the same reason but I’m not hearing people talk about the unban request getting denied.

Anyway, I want to be taking legal actions if I don’t get my account unbanned or my money back, simple as that
