My complaint:

Hi there ,
I have an issue concerning the ‘Royal Collection’ free ‘Prestige’ weapon theat a player recieves upon sending an awful lot of real world cash on the game that is promoted as ‘Free’
I have spent a ridiculous amount of £money within the game in order to improve my gaming experience for myself while playing the Call of Duty Mobile game.
This issue started when the ‘Royal Collection’ free item was the MX9 smg. I took part in a draw that the terms and conditions clearly stated that the ‘Legendary Weapon’ in the draw counted towards the Prestige Free Weapon, the MX9.
On that pertiular draw I ended up purchasing 4 legendary weapons that should of not only got me he prestige MX9 (Royal Collection)… but it should of also allowed me to obtain the free ‘chat bubble’ for going all the I DID NOT RECIEVE THE MX9 UNTIL I RECIEVED PURCHASED THE FOURTH LEGENDAY WEAPON and therefore I did not recieve the ‘chat bubble’.

The screenshot i have provided CLEARLY states that the ‘Unlocked Arsenal Draw’ DOES count towards the ‘Royal Collection’

This is not the first time I have not revcieved the items as per the terms and conditions.

I have tried to speak with Call of Duty support but basically been fobbed off for the last 2 gaming seasons (4 months – It may actually be a little less time but the CODm support page only offers the times for comments for user or support personel and offers no date to the timeline).

All I have asked support for is for the items I should have aquired, but sadly it seems that no one on the CODm support team understands the English language or the grammar required to fullfilI the terms and conditions correctly. I have been fobbed off that by them that many times that I have begun to question of maybe tey are ChatGPT bots rather than real human beings, because … honestly I can not for the life of me believe that no one at CODm actually understands the language used for ALL of the CODm Rules, Regulations, Posts and more across many platforms that appeare to the world.!

Moving onto my Second issue! ….
I was a subscriber to the Call of Duty Mobile ‘Ground Forces’ pass. I was a consistant user with no issues regarding the abuse of the system … ie: I did NOT cancel my subscription once I had recieved the bonuses I wanted. AT NO TIME DID I INTENSIONALLY CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, left alone DO THIS REPEATEDLY ! ! !

BUT, on the first occasion of myself not having the funds in the bank to cover the monthly cost I was banned from using the service.
IT DOES NOT STATE IN THE ED FOR A PERIOD OF TIME ! , yet I was banned for a 90 day period. I am not the only user this has happened to.

It only leaves me to question the integrity of the perople DIRECTLY behind the scenes and those fresponsable for the programming of such aspects of the game.
As a person that does have some indsight into programming in Java and C I am filly aware of the huge task involved in making each aspect of the game to work in unity. A MASSIVE task and one that deserves so much more credit than the gaming community give.

That said, I would like for myslef to have the ban lifted from my user profile since at this time of crisis (financially) around the world I can’t help the fact that my spending of pounds sterling have not help towards my bank balance and in fact helped towards the NON payment of a single months subscription fee’s.

Depending on the outcome of this complaint I am happy to provide any and all screen shots of T’s C’s I have for the relevant time, the FULL chat log between myself and CODm support from both my iPad and Andriod devices (I have two complaints with them … one one each device) and if required any account details you may need to further look into this.

ps. I’m not sure if my screen shot shows you but my original complaint regarding the Prestiege MX9 started way back in March 15th 2023 at 04:33 gmt

Suggested solution:

I would like the free items I should of recieved concerning the prestiege weapons and chat bubbles.
I would like the ban lifted from the ground forces pass.
For the inconvenience of being banned for no good reason I would like a 12 month free subscription for being a genuine loyal CODm fan and one that spends lots of money on the game.
And for the inconvenience of spending money and not having the items I should of recieved 'according to CODm's own T's C's' I would like all item and a further lump sum od Cod Points. The reason for this is I would like what I esentially should of recieved. As for the lump sum I should recieve a large sum due to the fact that I have been told that very ver different as to what the T's C's state ... which essentially is CODm calling me a lier and also denying their very own T's C's

(at this time I am going to rae my activision experience as a 1 due to the fact I love this game and perminently feel that I have the dev's and the support team cheating me out of hard earned cash that I should actually be spending on bills rather than something that is only EVER usable in the game and if the game ever end... will equate to a whole lot of money down the drain
