My complaint:
I have a number of issues causing my game to crash, when using a certain operator or having a certain gun build in my chosen loadout.
The biggest problem I am having is I cant play with anybody on playstation 4, as soon as they join my lobby their playstation crashes with a ce-34878-0 error code. Most of the people I play with are on console so this makes it very difficult to play with friends.
I have sent 2 tickets and emailed directly to support with no response. All these crashes started with the season 4 update.
I have spent a lot of money on in game purchases so it would be nice if activision did something to help the people that keep them going.
I have created a new account to see if the problem continues but It didn’t, playstation friends can join me on my new account with no crash so this has to be an issue with my original account.
Suggested solution:
By treating their player base properly, it seems they only care to take peoples money but not to fix any problems people are having with their product.
