My complaint:
Account banned off Warzone, Cold war and Vanguard for NO reason WHAT SO EVER. They took £85 off me for vanguard and was banned within minutes for no reason at all.
Appealed the bans and they say it’s because I have used software that miniplates game play (what even is this)? I am a genuine player who likes to play daily and has achieved a lot in game, unlocking guns, prestiging up etc (LEGITIMATELY). No support from activision what so ever, they make it nearly impossible to speak to them regarding issues, they just ban players for no reason at all. They review bans on appeal and basically fob you off with an excuse (not explanation) and say not eligible for appeal but dont mind taking your money!!!!! I have nothing to hide at all and I will be taking this further and reporting activision and taking legal action.
I am a genuine gamer who plays within their policies, and is penalised for something I have not done. All the many hours of GENUINE game play achievements for nothing, I am very upset. As stated, legal action will be taken. I want to be contacted via phone to discuss this in detail and to have my account unbanned as I have done nothing wrong. It seems I am not the only player to have this issue neither, it seems the game is full of bugs, cheats and hackers and its the genuine players that suffer. This is not acceptable and I want this sorting

I want this looked into rather than being fobbed off with generic emails appeal decisions. I have done nothing wrong and I have been banned for no reason. Impossible to contact activision to discuss the matter, big company, poor customer services and support.
yet, cheaters and racists are allowed to keep their accounts after proudly stating they are exactly that.
good job activision, youve displayed exactly what failure looks like. i didnt pay 100$ to be called a nigger every time i enter a lobby and im getting fucking tired of the policies they dont enforce. im deleting all call of duty games and asking for refunds. they take NO action except against legit players.
Same thing happened to me. Was thinking to report them to trading standards, as I’m sure they’re not allowed to withhold information from us, especially when it relates to them preventing access to a product we have purchased. Not only this, but we are given no information in to which programs they support/authorise and we can’t contact the security department. I feel I was banned for my anti-virus, as it grants audio streaming permissions and I had a notification that Call of Duty was flagged when it was opened.
