My complaint:
For some time now I have been litrally unable to play there product (call of duty Warzone) due to awful servers, skill based matchmaking which seems to have a reversed effect on me as I’m terrible and get put in rediculous high tier lobbies, countless cheaters, and bad hit reg and a way off ttk I mean I die in a split second while I can be behind an enemy shooting him in the back for 5 seconds before he turns a corner and just will not die yet I die rapidly over and over again I don’t know if its to do with ping or what but my Internet is fine and I use a wired connection after stupidly buying everyone of there games and buying in game purchases I do not expect a company to completley ignore a customer as that is now what they are doing also a short while ago I got shadow banned which I was put in lobbies full of hackers while they investigated my account god knows what for as I’m clearly not hacking as I said it’s unplayable I can barely get a single kill I got in contact with them and they wouldn’t tell me nothing although after a week I guess they found nothing suspicious and unshadow banned me still with no reason or even an apology I actually believe this company is just messing with me I have no taken it further and gone to complain. Biz which I’m pretty sure Activision will still just ignore it delete it and shrug it off because that is the type of ass holes these thugs are I hope the ceo gets sued for every penny he’s got.
Suggested solution:
Actually do something about it fix there problem because people still play no matter what they spend all this money with new weapons camos skins charms sprays updates anything that people will pay for so it brings more money in instead of FIXING THE ACTUAL GAME.
