My complaint:

What is Activision doing about the shambles of this game release?, are they even aware of law suits being actively persude by very angry customers including myself ?
The game has been a total disgrace and failure from the first day of release, and to add insult to injury, you have added a queue system to the game that can take up to 3 hours to even play the game online.
This really needs to be addressed and brought to the attention of the CEO’s as this is seriously destroying your reputation, not only that, but most of the Diablo fanbase are going to refuse to buy Diablo 4 meaning your profit and money that you have put into diablo 4 is going to be a total write off.
Please look at the forums on blizzard diablo 2 resurrected to see how many are totally up in arms about this whole situation, it needs to be addressed now, to save this franchise.

Suggested solution:

Escalate to the highest Activision employee possible to get it investigatedresolved.
