Activision complaint: Coldwar un-playable.

My complaint:

I purchased coldwar on xbox one pre-order I bought the cross gen version as I have now purchased the series X. So it cost just short or £90.

When you purchase a game upon relase you accept there will be teething issue. So after a few week and been constantly kick from game lobbies both zombies and multiplayer I decided to leave the game a few weeks for activision to sort out the issues.

After maybe a few months up until a few weeks ago I again started to play cold war when the new zombies dlc dropped. Again playing noticing the issues still have not been resolved they seem worse. I reset my internet and did a mini console reset saving games and apps after looking online and seeing these could be a fix for the issues. But unfortunately after today they seem worse that ever. So I tried for an hour and a half trying at least 10 games in a zombies lobby and getting kick time and time again is frustrating as hell. Think I played one match until round 3 then bam kick again. I alway check my internet speeds and get around 65 to 70 megs also having a wired connection no issues there and more than enough speed to play online. I also tried a different game straight away after been constantly kicked and it ran flawlessly so this only really points to one thing coldwar is just broken. To pay so much for a game and the extra content months after release and still not able to play without losing your sanity is a joke.

Suggested solution:

Make the game run as it should and the community would not feel cheated but any compensation for loss of play would be nice. Ridiculous months after the release it feels the game is worse than ever.
