My complaint:
So I made me an account with 7bit casino. This was my first deposit to that account. I play other sites so I know exactly how the process goes. I send my deposit through Bitcoin my deposit s within a matter of 5 or so minutes. I go to my account for 7bit and nothing. Nothing is in my account and it’s been 3 days now that I have no answers to where my money is. All 7bit keeps saying is to wait patiently for the final word. I’ve given every proof that I possibly have. My proud definitely shows that I did infact send that deposit, it does that they did in fact receive it. Then cash app teaches me to look at blockchain and type the address I just sent to into the search bar and it’ll show me everything. Will it showed me that 7bit did 100% get my deposit and then they sent my money out. There are 2 transactions that show up for that address I deposited in. My money that came in and my money they sent out. 7bit has been telling me to wait patiently while I wait for my own money that 100% arrived. Three days is pretty patient to me. Note I want my money back I don’t even want to play on 7bit at all. They definitely lost a customer
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back plus the fee I paid to have my money sent to then the fastest way. I paid the highest fee to send it to them btc now I want all my money back. Their lucky I have to give them at least one star too because id give none
