7-Eleven complaint: Slow and frustrating employee

My complaint:

The same employee every time he is slow lazy has no customer service and literally just hates his job. He has been here several years and almost every other day someone break a window or the door window because this guys is such a prick. He purposely will not do something that is easily done just because. Absolutely no reason as to why but just does it. He is in his late 40s early 50s and every single customer that walks in here complains about him. Every single day he gets into a fight with someone I see it everyday. I’m not sure how everyday someone could fight with a new person but he does. This guy needs to lose his job because he doesn’t care about his job or the customers. I have been coming to this 711 over 10 years and because of this a..hole im considering never coming again. I spend close to 200$ every time I come buying lottery ticks and food and the service I get is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Please fire this guy or every other day someone will break the window. And complain.
