My complaint:
I have experienced multiple instances of discriminatory behavior at a number of 711 locations, from owners to employees, there is a clear pattern of discriminatory behavior and illegal activity, refusing to serve individuals on the basis of ethnicity, gender, sexual preference and so on. Most recently and employee yelled at me calling me the n word three times when I had not even entered the store, this was provoked by his interaction with another individual, I was simply a bystander, who Ultimately became a victim.
Suggested solution:
There has been so many legal and ethical violations , I would really need to sit with a group of 711 representatives and representatives of other groups and cultures to find an agreeable situation.
