My complaint:
I was searching for flights as a part of my European vacation, and found a flight from Malta to Rome, Italy on Air Malta. I was under the impression that I was booking this flight, but when I was finished, I got a ation from Ryanair with a flight at the completely wrong times as the flight I had intended to book. I booked the flight less than 24hours ago, and attempted to cancel but was refused, because I had agreed to purchase a non-refundable ticket. (I thought I was agreeing to a non-refundable ticket on a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT AIRLINE). I am furious that this airline refuses to make an acception and refund my ticket, this is unacceptable customer service.
Suggested solution:
I want my tickets to be refunded, so that I can book the correct flight, and not have my European vacation that I have been saving for for a long time be ruined.
