My complaint:

I have 11 withdrawals on the system won between Oct and December 2021. I was on Comet room and then I was transferred to Zenith slots. The withdrawals were transferred as well. I chat to them weekly and apologies are made and promises of the payments will be flagged to the payment team but none of the withdrawals are being processed. I am concerned as Azure Hand which is their sister site closed with me having 5 pending withdrawals. My withdrawals are 7-8 months pending.

Suggested solution:

They need to pay me as it is way past the time frame and paying me 1 withdrawal monthly will not work as it means I will wait another 11 months for all withdrawals to be posted and that is not how a casino operates

I am having the exact same problem almost word for word I have 9 pending withdrawals these have been since winning in December 2021 the last payment from them was 2500 paid in June, I’m told the same thing that it is being escalated, it’s with processing team excuse after excuse I’m so disappointed and frustrated unsure as to what to do
