My complaint:

Hi there,

First and foremost I must state that I have been playing Elder Scrolls online since it’s launch.

It was first launched in 2014 without any monetization or ‘shop’, but was soon changed after baiting us into being hooked into the game.

Since 2015 the game truly revolves around purchasable content which does not represent the quality in terms of the price as the company rarely fixes bugs, issues nor invests back open heartily into their hardware.

Only recently (a week ago) they decided to update old software for the North American server (2012 material), but people are still complaining about performance issues.

The company was sold to Microsoft (whole group at 7.2 billion dollars), but we aren’t seeing any real investments back towards the community nor the game, we just keep seeing the same loop of content being released year in year out and it’s not precise nor enjoyable.

To me this company has chosen a toxic route of development only prioritizing payments from their community.

The cherry on the top of the icing is a recent reaction from the game’s Creative Director, Rich Lambert. This person does personal streams where he replies to some comments made by players and his attitude really shows what the company represents.

I feel that more light should be put upon the crew managing ESO, as it is really becoming something ‘dirty’ in the gaming industry.

Thank you for your time.
