My complaint:
I created my account on 27 Nov 2023 and deposited $1800 into my account. My username is HYGRM0712155505. When my balance get to $8301, then I logged out. After couples hours, i logined I realized that my account balance was short by $1800. Then suddenly i was automatically logged out, when I log back in, it saids my account was locked out with out any notifications or any reasons why?
Suggested solution:
They should reopen my account and let me playing or at least let me withdraw my $8301.
