My complaint:

YouTube, without permission from channel creator and owner of all materials posted on owners Official channel created or auto-generated a second duplicated channel which, without expressed written approval or without ANY form permission from creator of the original Official channel, posted it live on publicly seen.

1. Once this duplicated Topic channel is live, it’s postings of copyrighted materials will bury the Official channel and all links attributing to the Official channel completley. This will eliminate all page clicks or visits to the Official channel thus eliminating any opportunity for Official page growth and all monetary earnings potential through ad revenues. This behavior leads to believe this duplicating of the Official channel with an auto-generated Topic channel is a scheme devised to steal ad revenues and all revenues from content owners earned from channel clicks or visits.

2. Once YouTube has successfully duplicated or auto-generated the Official channel, posts live this duplicated channel including all copywritten materials contained on the Official channel under the Topic name, then posts this duplicated channel disregarding any and all rights afforded the materials owner afforded them by properly requesting then attaining approvals for all materials the creator and only the creator can claim copywritten and only have the right to publicly display whether for monetary gain or as visual aids in marketing the creators brand, Youtube will make it IMPOSSIBLE to claim ther Topic page as fraud and have it deleted from the platform.

3. Any and all proceeds received from this Topic channel through ad and streaming revenue, goes to YouTube which, in turn, does NOT re-distribute any revenue to the content creators Official channel this Topic channel duplicated. YouTube place this Topic channel in all areas reserved for ad space as well as front and center in the stream feed, comes up as first and top billing in every search made for that artists content. YouTube purposefully re-sizes the Official channels heading to miniscule then pushes the Official channel, when the content creator is searched for, below channels that DO NOT contain any words or letters used in the act of typing the artists name in the proper search fields.

Suggested solution:

Delete Topic channel entirely from platform. Promise TO NEVER duplicate or auto-generate then post any copywritten materials withouth the expressed written permission of content creator.
