My complaint:
I tried to watch a mariners’ game that was only shown on YouTube (supposedly free). Never watched the channel again. By the time I realized it, there were $64.99 charges on 2 visa statements. I got on and canceled. I tried to reach out, but not possible. I had resigned myself to wasting $130–today I got a statement with a 3rd charge! So, one game cost me $195!
Suggested solution:
A total refund would be great, but any kind of a refund would be nice. Also, they should allow you to contact customer service and leave feedback--believe me, I tried, and it is not possible! They have really insulated themselves.
