My complaint:
I paid 21.08GBP for a surgical scrub cap, to use wear whilst in the operating theatres at work. A completely different thing arrived: different material, different style, and much much poorer quality than I was expecting.
I’ve emailed the company twice, asking for a refund / exchange, and have not had any response.
Suggested solution:
Either (a) a refund for the full amount I paid or (b) the correct scrub cap to be posted to me
