My complaint:

I placed my order for 4 items with Wish on 8162020. Estimated delivery was changed 3 times. The final ETA on the app was end of September to early October. I chose to pick my order up from the nearest partnering store Faces of Success Studios in Reno NV. I had to travel to Atlanta from 95 to 920. But with 2 week pickup window, I though I had a plenty of time. However, as soon as I arrived in Atlanta, I received a notification from Wish for my order arrival. It arrived 2 weeks early. When I returned to Reno on 920, I went to the store after work but the store was only open from noon to 2pm (2 hours only) due to Covid. The first chance I had to go to the store during the 2 week window was 926 and Wish just cancelled my order for misssing the pickup window and the store had no way of reinstating my order. Wish charges the ridiculous 81% restocking fee for all 4 items. I contacted Wish support via app and email for the next 2 weeks multiple times but I received the same message stating I missed the pickup window and am only eligible for the partial refund of 19% and I will not receive refund for the shipping costs. I do not know how they can get away with this. I lost the majority of $36.76 I paid receiving only $4.65. This is a scam and a theft.

Suggested solution:

I need to receive a full refund. I’m fine for giving up on the shipping charge but need a full refund for the product cost since Wish delivered 2 weeks early and never communicated the schedule update in advance.
