I have sent many Customer Support tickets to WISH.COM recently, with no response (in the past month). My account was FRAUDED by an individual from Algeria. This individual had changed my shipping address to his. When I noticed that I wasn’t receiving my orders I immediately sent a ticket to Wish and they reimbursed the things I
did not receive or order. But since they could not actually reimburse me in cash (my hard earned money!), they credited me in Wish Cash. I wasn’t given a choice. I would have preferred to get my money back, but such was not the case.
Since then I have had to change my password many times because it said it was not valid… really?!
Since then, the same individual from Algeria has tried again to shop for stuff and ship to their address. I keep going in my settings to delete his address, but it keeps showing up again. I am getting very frustrated! So I decided to order Wish merchandise in the amount that I am credited (in Wish Cash), but I keep getting errors, asking me to upload a picture, which I have done many times, and yet I still get an error message saying they will send me an email in 3 days.
Like I said, this has been going on for way over a month! I just want to make my final purchase with my Wish Cash (that is rightfully mine!) and be done with it.
Can you please help me with this? I just want them to process MY order with MY Wish Cash, and send it TO ME at MY rightful address in Canada!
I was going to list the name and address of the individual in Algeria, but I’d rather not do that publicly (but I will send as private information should you require it).
