Complaint: Total lack of accountability and willfully avoiding my customer concerns

My complaint:

After finding out about wish I was very happy to find so many things in one place . I started shopping right away as the internet listed the company as legitimate. I was concerned about the super hi shipping cost but I figured for what they were charging it must be spot on. WRONG. I was to have parcels arriving starting the 22ed of last month and one everyday over the last week and a half . I complained to the customer service and said I would my shipping reduced because there delivery’s went even close to on time and her on the second day on June I still haven’t received anything. When they responded they didn’t address my request for shipping reduction at all. I then told them I would free shipping on my next order because of the supper hi cost I paid and haven’t received anything in weeks . 15 or twenty items that have not arrive and everyone has a new shipping arrived date change when it dosnt come. Finally they email me back as hatful last can be and started to address my request for refunds on my orders . I never asked for a refund , I have waited weeks already. I wanted free shipping on my next order because I way over paid the first time. Just A terrible experience. I ran out and spent hundreds of dollars with them right away and they couldn’t even respond with out lying and being hatful. Iv never see such a horrible dealing company that has no remorse for cheating there customrrs
