Complaint: They don’t respond to emails and credit returne items

My complaint:

I ordered many Things from wish and received two of them on two separate occasions they refunded money on others but I returned a jumper and a cardigan almost 3 months ago at the cost of $42.90 on 3 October I received the cardigan back and took it straight back to the post office they said it would cost me another $21.90 to return it yesterday I received the jumper back with the same solution so for these two very poor quality items I’ve had to pay for them and it’s cost me over $42 to return them to come back to me again because apparently they were in incorrectly addressed I find that quite unbelievable as the two spat packages went to Separate parts of China

Would like the money for the cardigan and jumper refunded as I am very poor quality nothing like the pictures on the website and I will never wear them I’m not going to sent spend another $42 to try and send them back again
