My complaint:

I received 2 sets of cycling clothing from wish on 9th dec 2020.
On the 9th Dec 20 I contacted wish via their customer support online as there was no information about returns in the parcel.
91220: I advised I wished to return both items and please could they send me a returns address. I was asked to upload photos and reason for return. No information given about where to send back. After several replies from wish asking different questions and never answering mine I again requested a returns address on 161220 and again on 171220 181220. I was sent a link that would not work. I sent the items back to an address in the Netherlands. This was the only address on the package. I informed wish this was where I had sent them. It has been sent by tracked post. Wish have refunded one item but not the more expensive item. They state that once the item is received they will refund.

Suggested solution:

Under the consumer rights act 2m entitled to a refund. I have fulfilled my obligation to inform within 14 days that I wish to return. I have consistently requested information to send the items back and not received it. I have sent the items back to the only address on the parcel.
