Complaint: Refund on items not received

My complaint:

Two orders placed with WISH on 19 May 2020
Order 1 tolat $20 Order 2 total $107.84
Original arrival dates were 2 July and 3 July
Then WISH changed arrival dates to 5 August 2020 for both orders.
It is now 23 October 2020 and I have not received my orders.
I contacted WISH to be told my account has been suspended due to me abusing their refund policy!
I attempted to contact them again on 20 August 2020 via there support chat message.
I wrote a long message with all the order numbers etc to then be told by this chat service that Hmm it looks like I can’t process your request. Please try again later.
So I tried numerous times to be told the same thing over and over again!
I tried again today to be told by WISH We’re sorry about that. Unfortunately the refund window for this item closed on 4 September 2020. This item is no longer eligible for a refunds. Please review our refund policy for more details.
I have sent them an email today to request a refund. It took me at least 10 minutes to try and find contact information for them. They obviously don’t want to be contacted!

My money should be refunded
I contacted them numerous times for a refund for them to then suspend my account as they say I am abusing their refund policy! This is NOT the first time my items have NOT arrived. Hence why I asked for a refund!
