Wish complaint: Refund of merchandise

My complaint:

On 8420, I placed an order on Wish. On 8820, I was in the process of ordering, I tried to use a discount. When I hit apply, it submitted the order. I was not ready to complete the order. I immediately tried to cancel but could not find an option to cancel and because of COVID, I was unable to talk to someone on the phone. I texted Wish, explained the situation and we have been going back and forth since then. I told them I was going to refuse the items. Unfortunately, they sent some of the items with an entirely different order. Two packages were returned and marked REFUSED per the USPO in October. I notified Wish of this action. To date, I have been charged for the order, I have returned the merchandise minus the items they sent with an entirely separate order (still unopened) and I can’t get any reply or resolution. This has been a nightmare. I just want this issue to be resolved.

Suggested solution:

Since they sent merchandise in the same package as the order I placed on August 4, I was unable to refuse those items. I understand if they cannot refund those items which, as I stated, are still unopened in their original packaging. But I expect a refund for the packages that were returned. As of now, I've been charged and I don't have the merchandise.
