Wish complaint: Refund for missing my order

My complaint:

I had to pick up my orders from a sho in Hendon way , but on my few visits the sho was closed until yesterday I managed to pick up only 2 of my orders as the shop could not find rest of my items! I have a big complaint because 1- long delay for delivery 2- not to deliver to my home address 3- very poor customer service as they do not release my refunds as well as not being caring staff. I hope my complaints would be taken important and I will get reply not typical standards email but from a real person who takes my case seriously as It has caused me so much stress and inconvenience. Suggested solution:

Lack of understanding poor customer service not to reply to my emails not to send my order to my address but to a shop, lack of care and most of all missing my 2 other orders and wish has not contact me when I get my refunds and to offer compensation. It is a bad company with poor management and I lost my trust and never do my shopping. Finally if I don't get my refunds compensation y this week I contact legal advice regarding your company
