Wish complaint: Incorrect size

My complaint:

From wish.com I ordered 3 identical products, in identical sizes (US size L), but in different colors (white, blue, black), in 2 separate orders.

The seller did not post any actual sizes except this note:

Our Store Jamickiki fashion List Items According To USEUR Size on wish. Customers just need to please order according to the size of the United State. We list US size in our store and as our design is slim design,so pls choose one size bigger if u like wear looser.

So slim means tight, not short. I attached picture (2.png) of all 3 items compared to an item purchased in a regular US store, where difference in sizes is obvious.

On the left there is a picture of black pants of L size purchased in a regular US store earlier. To the left are the white pants that are little shorter. Again, slim should not mean shorter, but tighter, but it is OK. I can wear it. However, to the right are black and blue pants, that are 2-3 sizes shorter than white one, that I cannot possibly wear.

The picture of original packing shows US SIZE L, and it is not. What’s more, I expected to get 3 identical items, and they are not.

I am willing to keep white color, but I want to return black and blue.

I already contacted wish.com, and they rejected my refund, stating above listed seller’s note about slim items. That note may be appropriate for white item I purchased, but not for blue and black. And whatever their size policy it is, all 3 items should be identical in size, and they obviously are not.
