My complaint:

I purchased women’s top sets as soon as I open the top was faulty and didn’t sew properly so I contact Wish customer service on 16 May To asked for return and refund and the agent told me they will refund but it will takes about 10 business days. I waited about 15 days but my PayPal account still hasn’t have the refund amount of this top back, I contacted them on late Friday but another agent told me the refund has already gone through to my account. Wish agent told me that I need to prove of evidence that the money I still hasn’t receive so I took pictures of my paypal account. Another agent told me My evidence Of pictures of the top that I purchased wasn’t good enough and asking for more prove that if it is really from wish company. First wish agent told me that I’ll get my money Back in 10 days after waited for so long, another agent takes over this issue and asking for more prove and evidence. The women top sets wasn’t the same as What the description Describe.

Suggested solution:

They should have just refund My money back for the top sets that I bought and refund should have been in my account within 10 business days, shouldn’t get another wish customer support agent to takes over this issue. Customer support agent should be the same to solved the same issue with the same customer. Keep Changing customer support agents will only makes customers angry because customers has to keep repeating the issue all over again.
