My complaint:
WinRed received a donation from me. But that was supposed to be a one time donation. They signed me up for a monthly donation, something I never did. Now WinRed sends too many text messages to my phone, they are abusing their power, they are harassing me, they are interrupting my life, they should be banned and I wish to courts stop them. I send Stop everyday, many times a day to their texts, but they keep on seeding their texts asking for more money. They have a database filled with many people from them who ask for money, why they can be stopped ?
Suggested solution:
Please send me a text or email saying that this problem is being reviewed and will be resolved. My experience with WinRed is no good, the rating should below zero.
