My complaint:

To whom it may concern,

On 03242023 around 6:13PM I had visited this whole foods and I had the most unpleasant experience. As I was about to go through the self checkout I was being constantly watched by an employee who made me feel really uncomfortable because she was not giving the other customers the same attention she was giving me and I felt as if I was targeted. I do not wish for someone to be up in my face while I’m trying to pay for my groceries. It made me uncomfortable because it made people look at me in a way which was very disturbing. I will not be shopping here anymore because I do not want people to harass me. She literally stood next to my cart while I was scanning each item and did not care to look at the other persons checking out the same time as me. Is this how customers are being treated? As per my understanding, I thought wholefoods is all about being there customers happy. I am also a shareholder (Amazon) of this company and I am being treated as I am a criminal. This is harassment and unacceptable.
